Brittany Waterman
Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #149375
Supervised by Steven Perez LPCC #11596
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and it often takes courage to begin. Brittany offers a steady, supportive space for individuals and couples to be honest about what they are experiencing in their lives and relationships. Brittany's work has been shaped by personal and professional experience within military and first responder communities, deepening her understanding of the unique stressors, transitions, and relational impact that many couples and families face but often feel misunderstood in.
This perspective has guided her toward approaches that help clients make sense of emotional and relational patterns in a practical, grounded way. From a Restoration Therapy lens, Brittany helps clients slow down, identify patterns that develop in response to pain and stress, and move toward healthier connection and meaningful change.
Brittany works with trauma, anxiety, depression, sexual betrayal, and relational conflict. With personal and professional experience in first responder and military life, she supports individuals and couples navigating trauma, high-stress environments, transitions, and relational strain, including sexual betrayal recovery. Brittany is continuing to develop her clinical expertise in PTSD and moral injury.
Outside of work, Brittany treasures time with her husband and four children, enjoys being outdoors, and stays connected to her church community through volunteering, and serving on the worship team.
