Groups

We offer a variety of groups that meet throughout the year. Groups help us work through our pain and develop new skills with others experiencing similar situations. Groups provide a more affordable therapeutic experience and remind us that we are not alone.

Turning From Anxiety

Wednesdays from 10am-12pm beginning October 1st. A group for mother’s of kids heading back to school. Learn skills to turn away from your anxiety and manage overwhelming feelings.

Womenskills

Tuesdays beginning September 23rd from 10am-12pm. Topics addressed include family of origin patterns, trauma, neuroscience, and the process of healing through forgiveness and repair. The result is growth in our ability to love ourselves, which empowers us to build into our marriage, parenting, work, and friend relationships.

Believe Moms

Thursdays online from 11am-1pm beginning September 11th .A group supporting mothers in their first year postpartum.

After School Kids Feelings Group

A group focused on helping 6-10 year olds explore their emotions, learn to develop a healthy sense of identity, and practice building trust in themselves and others!

Menskills

The goals of Mens Skills are to provide insight into our underlying pain points in conflict, provide a pathway to intimacy and connection in these distressing moments, and replace old destructive coping behaviors with new, productive patterns.
