This group is designed to facilitate deeper healing and a better understanding of one's identity. Together, we will explore truth, unpack our self-view, and learn how to renew our minds to become more whole. Upon completion of this group each person will have an understanding of their Pain and Peace Cycle. Topics addressed in this group include family of origin patterns, trauma, neuroscience, and the process of healing through forgiveness and repair. The result is growth in our ability to love ourselves which empowers us to build into our marriage, parenting, work, and friend relationships.

$70 per person, per two-hour session.
