Groups

We offer a variety of groups that meet throughout the year. Groups help us work through our pain and develop new skills with others experiencing similar situations. Groups provide a more affordable therapeutic experience and remind us that we are not alone.

Womenskills

Wednesdays beginning January 28, 2026 from 10am-12pm. Topics addressed include family of origin patterns, trauma, neuroscience, and the process of healing through forgiveness and repair. The result is growth in our ability to love ourselves, which empowers us to build into our marriage, parenting, work, and friend relationships.
